+ Design Process
From the first point of contact to beginning construction
- At the first point of contact we will discuss your project with you and collect some information about what you are looking for. Please read “Before You Call” so that you are well prepared for any questions we may have.
- If we are able to, we will provide a rough estimate over the phone and will then arrange for a team member to meet you on site. We will take photos of the site and measurements of your proposed project. We also bring photos of various other projects to discuss the look of yours.
- We will then prepare your quote and send it within 1 – 2 weeks
- If you wish to proceed with our quote we will begin by drafting a contract for the work. If plans are necessary for your project, we will immediately organise for our draftsman to meet on site. We will then send you a contract pack with a copy of your plans.
- Once you are happy with your plans, a contract is signed and deposit paid we will then submit your plans for certification. Our quotes include standard certification fees however if your project requires any special relaxations, these are on-charged to you at cost to us.
- When the plans are released from the Certifier we are authorised to get your project underway

If you already have plans we can submit them for you and pay all standard application fees as part of our quote. Please advise us if you have plans that need to be approved.
If your plans have been certified we can use these to begin constructions once a contract has been signed with us.
If your project does not require plans, we will begin construction once a contract has been signed.
